Where Can Get This One Culinary Institute of America Masters Collection Stainless Steel Covered Roaster with Rack (Kitchen) ?

Any idea where can buy Kitchen Bakeware ? One alternate to buy the product its from amazon. The reviews for the product

I bought this pan (not through Amazon) about 8 years ago on the recommendation of a cooking teacher. I love it. First, it cooks beautifully. It's hard to ruin a dish using this pan, even if you make a cooking mistake. (One time I put a brisket in the oven in this pan, forgot about it and left the house. Hours later, when I remembered, I rushed home to find the brisket in perfect condition and ready to eat. It captures, holds and distributes heat that evenly.) Second, it's beautiful. You can serve from it at the table, saving the time to clean a serving dish. Third, it's very versatile. I make everything from Cook's Illustrated's one hour marinara, to braising brisket, to Cooking Light's spicy mac and cheese to roasting a chicken. And because it doesn't have a long handle, it saves room on the cooktop. Put the top on it and it travels to a party. This makes a great wedding gift, as well. You won't go wrong investing in this wonderful piece of cookware.

  2. Very well made roaster for the price. The size is great and will work well for the Holidays. Would highly recommend.

  3. I originally bought this just for the lid... To avoid spills when transporting lasagna in a car. To keep lasagne warm when transporting. But what impresses me most is using the lid in the oven for cooking pork shoulders (pulled pork). I will make a "gasket" by crumpling some aluminum foil into a long strip and put it around the edge between the pan and the lid. Then I use the big accountants "binder clips" (paper clips) on both the ends to force a tight fit. Sounds weird but works great, very little steam escapes.

The pan is so big compared to what I had been using that I have not needed to use it as a second pan, but it would work great. I also like that it will fit in my small oven where others couldn't because of them having too huge of handles that can't fit in the oven.

  4. This was purchased as a gift for my Mother's birthday. It was half the price from this vendor as it was from some other vendors. It is excellent quality and she loves it!
