This roaster has been a great purchase. I've used it 3 times so far for roasting turkey and duck. It cleans up surprisingly easily. With the rack out, it handled an 18 lb turkey with the lid on. The quality seems very good with significant heft. The handles are very well placed to both offer stable handling and to minimize wasted space in the oven. The heavy bottom on both the roaster and the lid do a great job of equalizing heat distribution from the bottom. It's pricey, but worth every penny if you want a great looking and perfectly functioning roaster.

BalasHapusOne of the kitchens in our district purchased one of these last year. When the other building saw and used this, they wanted one for there kitchen. It helps to save space while preparing our lunches
BalasHapusAfter opening the box and putting this product together, noticed no casters were included. Amazon wants me to take the product apart and return the item so that they can ship another one WITH the casters. How inconvenient is this????? They cannot send me just the casters. Why not? This is the worst purchase I've ever made at Amazon.com!!!!!
