I love Staub enameled cast iron, nothing cooks better. This 2.75 Qt. size is perfect for me, I have larger pieces but continually reach for this one. The color is absolutely beautiful, and the lettering on my cocotte is gold, which seems an extra bonus. I can't say enough about Staub, in any size or configuration. I wish I could stop buying 'just another piece.' I have two other sizes ordered, and will soon be able to open a Staub outlet.
As a comparison, I have two Le Creuset pieces which are also excellent. I suppose it is just a matter of choice. I look forward to many, many delicious meals from this baby.
